HITT Contracting
As you are probably aware by now, we have received our final occupancy inspections for the T. Rowe Price Phase III project in early November 2009.  The Owner has given us praise, is extremely grateful and proud of the products that HITT and its subcontractors provided them in the successful completion of this anticipated "LEED Silver" project... 

HITT would like to take this opportunity to provide some specific comments with regards to Precision Concrete's performance on this project.  With any project there are inevitably going to be some issues that need to be overcome, but on the T. Rowe Price project we worked through all issues quickly and effectively as a Team.  This was due in large part to Precision Concrete's emphasis on quality, their project approach, key staffing and overall management of the project that kept things moving in a positive direction with regards to this scope of work.

The staff of HITT Contracting at T. Rowe Price would like to express our sincere appreciation to Precision Concrete for its key contributions to the timely and successful completion of this poject.  We would like to recognize and especially commend the efforts of your management Team Leader: Brooks Kline; your Field Leaders: Tom Kline and Matt Parks and the rest of your field crews on site.  Their overall "Team Approach" along with their hard work, timely attention to issues, focus on quality, and other positive qualities has proven that Precision Concrete can have a successful working relationship.

Back in the Spring of 2008, when Precision Concrete was brought on board there were high expectations and demands for all that would be involved in this high profile and unique project.  HITT Contracting and Precision Concrete accepted the challege and together proved that HITT Contracting and Precision have a successful relationship.
