Precision Concrete Construction Company has received various awards and honorable mentions over the years.  Below is a list of some of those awards and recognitions:

  • Golden Trowel - There is perhaps no other award that is as prestigious as the industry Golden Trowel award. This award symbolizes PCC at its best, and shows how we bring together everyone on our team to complete our projects the Precision Way.
  • Governor's Volunteer Certificate (1997) - "In appreciation of your outstanding contribution to nurturing the vibrant tradition of caring for which Maryland is widely respected, and for faithfully maintaining a deep commitment to positively touch the lives of your fellow Marylanders..."
  • Sub-of-the-Month Award - "Precision Concrete, despite adverse site conditions, was able to adhere to a very aggressive schedule and achieve a high-quality of workmanship.  Specifically, the forming and finishing of the cast-in-place foundations walls and the slabs-on-grade was, in one inspector's opinion, the "best he has ever seen" in the more than 30 years of his experience in the field."
  • Jobsite Safety Commendation - Awarded by McDevitt Street Bovis, Inc. for maintenance of a safe work environment, no accidents, and no lost time injuries.
  • Whiting-Turner Quality Recognition - Each year, Whiting-Turner carefully examines the performance of all of their subcontractors and vendors and judge a few as exemplary.  Precision Concrete received notice of Quality Recognition in 1994.
  • Subcontractor of the Month - "In recognition of Precision Concrete Company's outstanding performance at Georgetown University's Darnall Hall South Addition Project, please accept the enclosed as a token of our appreciation."
